Christian, an avid practitioner, began practicing yoga at an early age after enduring several sports-related injuries. A simple recommendation from a physical therapist ended up not only aiding in the recovery, but started him on his path eventually leading him to Himalayan Yoga Mediation Center, where he studied yoga and its practice.
